About Me

I am a mechanical engineering student from New Orleans finishing my last year at LSU. I started working on automation projects at fourteen, competing in FIRST Robotics. As I am finishing my minor in robotics, I have found myself particularly interested in control systems, actuation, and modeling.

I have worked on several solo and team-based engineering projects coupled with some research and development work with two startups. Hopefully this portfolio can give you some insight into those experiences and the skills I have developed along the way.

Currently working with Attorneys at Kean Miller on a provisional patent application where I am the sole inventor

Engineering Intern

Inventherm/Cremjoy, Baton Rouge, LA

April 2023 - May 2024

Joined a small engineering team developing a commercial ice cream machine, contributing throughout the product development cycle from experimental testing to prototype manufacturing and investor demonstrations
Developed a custom Python-based data acquisition application using National Instruments hardware to automate testing and collect experimental data tailored to the team’s research needs
Conducted performance testing on ice cream machine prototypes, gathering data for evaluating the design changes and guiding iterative product development
Manufactured custom prototype components using CNC and manual machining, 3D printing, and other fabrication methods
Helped build and refine the company’s second full-scale prototype by assembling mechanical systems, evaluating component revisions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting final integration
Assisted with an investor demonstration by preparing, operating, and discussing the prototype while answering technical questions about its design and development
